❕NEWS – Disclosure of all digital assets became mandatory for Spanish citizens | Proxies-free

The Spanish Congress finally passed its anti-fraud law after a long period of controversy and reform. According to the law, all Spanish citizens must report to the authorities the exact amount of digital currencies they have at home and abroad. The law also states that any citizen who fails to disclose the exact amount of their digital currencies in a in defined time may be fined up to 150 percent of the value of their digital assets.
Another section of the law also reduced the cash payment limit for Spanish citizens at home to € 1,000, and the limit for Spaniards abroad to € 10,000.
