reactjs – how to add admob ad in functional component of react native?

I have already created an application in react native using functional component. Now i was trying to add admob of interstitial in my applicaiton. I saw the examples but I can see that it require componentDidMount() to do so which is a class React.Component function. I know that interstitial ads are something which is visible to the whole page and componentDidMount runs when the DOM structure gets update.

But how can I do the same thing in functional component?

Generating and Using SSH Keys, Part 3

In previous tutorials in this series, we went over generating SSH keys and how to use them.  We’ll wrap up the series by showing you how to turn off password authentication on your server.

As mentioned in Part 1, SSH key authentication requires both “something you know” (the passphrase) and “something you have” (the SSH private key file).  Some attacker on the other side of the world might guess or brute force your password, or if you’re sloppy you might reuse it on some breached web site.  But none of that matters if the bad guy doesn’t have your SSH private key file.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still use strong passphrases with your SSH private key file.  If for some reason, your client system (such as your home PC or laptop) was compromised, then security rests with this passphrase, so follow normal best practices for strong passphrases.

First, test that SSH key authentication works (see Part 2) so you don’t lock yourself out.

Using your favorite editor (such as vi or nano), edit the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file.  The location is the same on both Debian- and CentOS-based systems.

    sudo vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config

Change these lines as follows:

    PubkeyAuthentication yes
    PasswordAuthentication no

Then restart sshd:

    systemctl restart sshd

Now try to login.  Here I will use an account that was setup and has not had an ssh key configured:

    $ ssh testuser@myserver
    Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).

Here are the key takeaways from this series:

  • SSH key authentication is based on public key encryption.  The private key should be zealously protected.  On the other hand, the public key does not need to be kept secret.  The public key is what is installed on various servers you wish to connect to.
  • SSH key authentication is superior to passwords because it requires the user to have the SSH key file in his/her possession, not merely know a secret passphrase.
  • You should set a solid passphrase on your SSH private key file in case it is lost/stolen/compromised.
  • The ssh-copy-id utility allows you to very easily setup your SSH key on remote systems if you have a Linux or macOS client.  On Windows, you’ll need to proceed with manual steps.
  • Disabling password authentication on your servers completes the security setup.  Once done, the security of your server is significantly improved.

is it possible to add an oauth2 based user authentication provider to sharepoint server

I should start by saying this is the first time i’m dealing with sharepoint user auth. One of my customer requires users from different identity providers to be able authenticate their users to sharepoint sites within the organization.

Currently we are using the standart AD LDAP auth method but I’m looking for a way to add another auth provider. The information i have is as follows:

They have an oauth2 based identitiy provider system in-house developed software. And they told me they have ldap as authentication provider. I also recieved a postman json file for oauth2 protocol they used. But that doesn’t mean much to me at this point.

Please let me know if the above information is enough. If not i’ll ask for more information that you might require to provide a solution.

edit: the said ldap integration was for ad user to authenticate through custom oauth2 based identity provider. At first i thought it would work between oauth2 and sharepoint but that isnt the case.

edit2: would it be possible to create asp.net forms auth page that talks with oauth2 protocols given in json file below? And add that fba to sharepoint auth provider list?

sql server – Benefits of not having a clustered index on tables (Heaps)

What are the benefits of not having a clustered index on a table in SQL server. Will a

SELECT * INTO TABLE_A FROM TABLE_B

Be faster if TABLE_A is a heap? Which operation will benefit if the table is a heap?
I am quite sure UPDATE‘s and DELETE‘s will benefit from a clustered index. What about INSERTS? My understanding is that INSERT “might” benefit from the table being a heap, both in term of speed but also other resources and hardware (I/O, CPU, memory and storage…).

What is the most scarce resource in terms of hardware? In terms of storage is a heap going to occupy less space? Is disk storage not the least expensive resource? If so is it rational to keep table as heap in order to save disk space? How will a heap affect CPU and I/O with SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE? What cost goes up when table is a heap and we SELECT, UPDATE and DELETE from it?

probability or statistics – Adding a module to teach Mathematica the Laplace transform of particular Mittag-Leffler functions

Math. 11.3 is not aware of a useful Laplace transform

LaplaceTransform(t^(-a) MittagLefflerE(a, a, t^a), t, s)

which for 0<a <=1, Re(s)>1 should be

(s^a - 1)^(-1)

as easily checked

s = 2; a = 1/2; Print(
 NIntegrate(
  Exp(-s t) t^(-a) MittagLefflerE(a, a, t^a), {t, 0, Infinity}), "=",
 (s^a - 1)^(-1) // N)

(a similar remark was made in Mittag Leffler function Laplace transforms with Mathematica )

I guess it should be possible to add this simple rule via a module. This would allow for example inverting Laplace transforms which are rational functions of s^a, which may be one of the most basic applications of these particular Mittag-Leffler functions.

ux field – How to update address of multiple records

I am working on a token generating web application where resellers can buy tokens and sell them to customers.

The business goal is:

  • one order can have single or multiple tokens
  • multiple tokens can have same address or different addresses
  • user can update address for single token
  • user can update address for multiple tokens in bulk and they want to see the attached address for each token

Updating single record with address is easy and i’m doing it as show below(first three screens). The issue with multiple address.

How to show multiple addresses for a set of data, we cannot break the range into single tokens as they can be in thousands. Hence breaking down range into rows is not a viable solution.

Can I defer levelling up after reaching xp treshold?

As a rogue, I’ve gained enough XP to level up to level 3. However, I’m not yet ready to pick what archetype would fit best for me.

Despite having gained enough XP, can I wait until later to level up my character?

I’m looking for rules to back me up, especially if it explicitly states that I don’t need to level up immediately upon acquiring the xp treshold.
