8 – Menu link does not have all options by getOptions()

I am looping through all menu items to get their URL options as per getOptions()

For some reason some items don’t have all options being returned although I have all the same settings.

I’m not sure why this is happening, as you can see, the last one misses things like “node_type” etc. Any help?
