apt – Unmet Dependencies issue in Ubuntu 20.04

When I try sudo apt command I get the following message:

 libopencv-highgui2.4v5 : Depends: libpng12-0 (>= 1.2.13-4) but it is not installed

When I try apt –fix-broken install I get:
