centos – Can a hardware failure cause the server to be unreachable?

Hello, I have a dedicated Centos web server running plesk on a very low traffic website. Today I could not reach my server via ssh via the webinterface.
It gave me connection error timeout. I reboot my server via the server provider's ad, then I was able to reach my server. There is no error log in the httpd protocol or in the Mariadb protocol. I checked dmesg | greb Hardware I got this edition

[ 0.086383] mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:906ed TIME 1575487431 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode b8

[    0.087465] mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:906ed TIME 1575487431 SOCKET 0 APIC c microcode b8

I have installed and run mcelog. The issue was

Hardware event. This is not a software error.

Is this the reason why my server is not reachable? I can not find any other log information. Where can I search for more information?
