display – How to set xrandr settings for my two monitors?


I’m using Ubuntu 20.04 on my laptop and I have two monitors:

  1. 14′ Laptop build-in screen maxiumn 2560×1440
  2. A HDMI 24′ monitor maxiumn 2560×1440

On the laptop screen, the content is too small to see if I set 2560×1440 mode and 100% scale, while on the 24′ monitor 2560×1440 mode and 100% scale is good to use.

So I want to set the two monitor same mode but different scale(build-in 200% and the ohter 100%) but in ubuntu system setting I can only change the scale at the same time.

I have known tool xrandr to solve it, but I tried some commonds and it doesn’t work. I want to know how to write correct xrandr cmd.By the way, my xrandr return infos as follow:
