Does SSAS log when connections are refused due to hard memory limit or total memory limit is reached?

I have recently set memory limits for SSAS for SSAS 2017 Tabular In-memory. I’d like to know if those limits are being reached. Obviously I took the time to set the limits based on actual usage, not just random, so they may not have been triggered yet. I could set them artificially low but that seems a little dangerous as I am not sure what to look for.

Does SSAS log info to the Windows Event Logs, or the flight recorder, or elsewhere when the memory clean up begins or connections are refused?

I’d like to be alerted about aggresive memory clear up, before getting errors from customers with connection refusals.

There’s lots of great content about the limits and how to set them but I haven’t found any info on what gets logged when they are reached.
