gm techniques – How do I make a dungeon crawl more stimulating in online play?

So a player of mine basically said that, while he doesn’t like dungeon crawling in general, it is particularly tedious while playing online (Roll20, in this case), partly because he doesn’t have a physical token to move, partly because his attention span dwindles while playing online. Any suggestions? I already use music, images, dynamic lighting to make the game smoother.
