Help, how do I move a lot of accounts from a Reseller that had CPanel Backup disabled
Yeah, they only have JetBackup, but you can’t make regular or full backups on that host. I want to transfer to another host, but I can’t because it disallows the default CPanel Backup Manager, so cpmove command doesn’t work for the new host.
How can I safely move all files, databases and configurations from the old host to the new one?
I know I can manually transfer files, restore and reconfigure databases and then restore and reconfigure e-mail accounts, but is there a more automated way?
Thanks in Advance!!
Ask them to re enable it
JetBackup runs through cPanels backup so if you can download those files , you can likely download and restore , as long as they dont have them encryptedTom Whiting, WHMCS Guru extraordinaire

They’re not encrypted, but I’ve sent one of those backups to the new host and they said that Jetbackup used to be the same structure as the CPanel backups, but that had changed over time and those backups were no longer able to be restored…
Is there a way to convert between one to another?
