How can these artifacts around cables in HDR be avoided?

As you can see in the first photo, there are many striking artifacts around the overhead lines.

The next screenshot shows a comparison between the reference photo (the one with the medium exposure) and the HDR result (image above).

I'm using RAW photos as input to Auroa 2018 on OSX Mojave. I have used a deghost option (medium).

The photo was taken with an electric shutter (as opposed to mechanical)

My questions:

1) Is it a general result of HDR software in general for objects of this type?

2) Can I do something to remove the effect? Or is it software-specific (ie only an issue of Aurora HDR 2018)?
