Iptables – Source any doesn’t work

I’m unable to connect to custom SSH 1234 port. Even 22 doesn’t work if I replace 1234 with 22.
Temporarily I need to able to ssh on a custom port that is open for any source IP. But for some reason it isn’t working.

Is anything wrong with the iptables rules?
