Is there a maximum number of people who can simultaneously view a public Google Sheet?

I want to publicly share a link to a Google Sheet for viewing only (not editing). Is there a maximum number of people who will be able to view the sheet simultaneously?

Does Google even know how many are viewing it simultaneously? Assume 200 people go to the link and the
sheet is downloaded to each person’s browser. At that instant, does Google even know that 200 are currently viewing it. Or can 200 more people then go to the link and also retrieve and view the sheet?

Edit: I searched both Google support and this forum, but all references to maximum limits that I find are related to either G-Suite users or Developer API calls for Google Sheets.
