Linux – IPv6 can not ping ipv6.google.com

I'm trying to connect to my raspberry Pi (IPv6 address -> 2a02: ——: 2b55) via the SSH from outside the network. I have been looking for a solution for 2 days, but no success at all. Does anyone have experience with this type of problem?
From Raspi I can ping ipv6.google.com, but when I try it from my notebook, it's called connect: Invalid Argument

Here is the ifconfig from the laptop

eth3 Link encap: Ethernet HWaddr 02: 15: be: 62: 2f: a3
inet adr: 172.30.148.177 Bcast: 172.30.148.191 Mask: 255.255.255.240
inet6 addr: fe80 :: 20c5: 91d5: 275f: 6662/64 Scope: Global
UP-MULTICAST-MULTICAST-MTU: 1500 Metric: 1
RX Packets: 0 Errors: 0 Erased: 0 Overflows: 0 Frame: 0
TX Packets: 0 Error: 0 Drops: 0 Overflows: 0 Carrier: 0
Collisions: 0
RX bytes: 0 (0.0 B) TX bytes: 0 (0.0 B)

We look forward to further solutions
