networking – Why is cloud-init and open-iscsi a compulsory part of Ubuntu installation?

I have installed Ubuntu Server LTS 20.04
I do not need cloud-init or open-iscsi
Many try to disable them
Why not use this?

# apt purge cloud-init -y
# rm -Rf /etc/cloud
# systemctl show -p WantedBy network-online.target
# apt remove open-iscsi
# apt autoclean && apt autoremove
# reboot

It certainly speeds up booting!
