I want to setup a dedicated hotspot in Windows 10. The “share network” is activated and seems to work as well. However, when connecting to the created WiFi with my Phone (Android 10) it got stuck on “Obtaining IP address”. So I installed and setup
dhcpsrv (2.5.2) and configured it to serve IP addresses on the Virtual Network created by the hotspot.
So now my phone gets an IP address, but will then shortly show “no internet connection” and then disconnect immediately, returning to the top and connecting again.

What do I need to do so my phone stays connected and can actually use the new Wifi?
