A Windows Update will deactivate Flash, as described here:
An update titled “Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player” will be made available […] that permanently removes Adobe Flash Player […] It should be noted that this update will be permanent and cannot be un-installed.
How can I opt out of this update?
