Within my Outlook 365 I have two email accounts configured, a Hotmail account and a privately registered domain account.
When I click to create a new email and I select the “from” button on the new email I am presented with a drop-down list, it lists the private email first, then Hotmail and then the private email again.
Also if I collapse the Hotmail in the left hand pane window I can see the private email as a sub-folder. The private email account also has its own distinct folder below the Hotmail.
At one point the machine which is running Windows10 had the Windows Mail client configured with the two email account linked. However I have removed those accounts from within the Windows Mail App. It is almost as if Outlook is considering the account as linked, but how?
In Outlook if I click to configure the accounts I can only see 2 listed.
