Some background: I am a musician from Argentina. In recent years, I have made money by licensing my music, and over the years, the companies I work with have decided to pay the winnings on PayPal accounts. In my country it is almost impossible to collect cash deposited in PayPal. The only method is to request a check, which can almost not be redeemed here. Around 2012, I became familiar with Payoneer and decided to create and register a card for them. It took me some time to approve my account and transfer my card and money to the account. I have to say that when I used the Payoneer debit card back then, everything worked fine, except that they tried to pay twice at the same company / store, and the payment could not be made because it was an upfront payment gave payment before, but that was solved by itself.
2013 was a tough year for my songs; They were not licensed as expected, so I did not get much money on my PayPal account. Due to the economic problems in my country, I also left the small amount of money I had on my PayPal account instead of transferring it to the Payoneer account.
This year, I have collected some money that I have chosen. A week ago I tried to enter my Payoneer account. I have to admit that I could not well remember which username or password I used, so I tried it a few times without luck. I usually do that because I know on most websites that you can recover your username / password simply by requesting it. The thing is after a few tries that I got Blocked account Embassy. Like all the people who complain here, I contacted the support (in Spanish), which took more than 4 working days to respond (they say they will respond within 4 working days). The message I received today in Spanish is the same as most people have: Your account has been suspended for undisclosed reasons. From now on we can not offer you our services,
I'm honestly surprised by this kind of answer. I'm posting this thread here because I've found many people doing the same and someone from the support needs time to answer and find an answer. I do not know if my account was suspended because I did not use it last year. Therefore, there are account / card fees that have not yet been paid. I understand that they will be paid as soon as money is transferred to the account again. The account may have been suspended because I had tried to enter my account more than twice with an incorrect username or password, which I think was the reason. When I look at that kind of response, all that makes them feel like I'm in a dodgy affair, and they can not work with me anymore when I can speak for my income and even taxes in the US pay because my country has no contract not to do so.
To put an end to this thread, I'm not going to say that payoneers are cheaters because I was able to use their services and were more than happy with them. Well, even after I waited a week for them to get this answer, and I would like to know why they are not providing me with services, even though all I did wrong was to go into my account without looking good at the username or to remember the password.
