Write a Python program to create a multiplication table given an integer upper bound (input 3) and an integer lower bound(input 4) inputs from the user. The resulting table should be stored in a string named multiplication_table_str. Each row of the table should list the base number followed by a colon and space, then it should list the multiples of the number from the lower bound to the upper bound with a tab between the numbers (i.e., no tab after the last number). Each base number should be on it’s own line. Your last line should not end with a newline character.
