I’ve been working on a cryptographic clock for Bitcoin, so other cryptographic systems to leverage as a tool for coordination and security.
As a result, I gave each block on the bitcoin core timechain mathematical coordinates so that they are discoverable in advance.
Each block from 0-7140000 contains the following coordinates:
Public Key – Constant
Private Key – Constant
The private key is a public utility. So it’s private key mathematically, but should be considered more of an ephemeral key.
With the upgrade to Schnorr Signatures this seemed like it could make for a nice public utility for other systems or users to incorporate.
