Set up workstations with direct video connection in Windows Server 2016 running multipoint services

I'm new to server management and have set up a workstation server for my school staff, where a group of teachers can do their work from a primary or a single PC. I think Windows Server 2016 with multipoint services is the best option to choose from. I have set up the MPS with the primary monitor and WMSSHELL as the administrator. Do I still need something to set up? Will all monitors (I expect 3 for each PC) work as soon as I connect them to the server with their individual mouse and keyboard? I have created accounts for each teacher on the primary workstation. If the monitors are not plug-and-play capable, can I do anything else? Any help is greatly appreciated.
