Sound – I upgraded the distribution from 18.04 to 18.10 to 19.04 and now my media keys are not working anymore. What can I do against it?

My distribution is based on Ubuntu 18.04, KDE Neon. It's supposed to be a stable distribution based on an Ubuntu LTS distribution with rolling plasma / Qt upgrades from its own repo.

There is no cosmic or disco repo for Neon's Repos. I want to fix my problems and still keep the 19.04 despite contradictory packages. To accomplish this, I need help locating the conflicting packages and overwriting them suitable and pkcon if possible.

I also miss my audio file. I installed pavucontrol to change the volume.

I use Plasma as my desktop manager and X11 as my window manager. Here's a picture of my global shortcuts to show that it's configured correctly.

Do dconf packages have anything to do with it?

avisitoritseems @ avisitoritseems-pc: ~ $ apt list --installed | grep dconf

ATTENTION: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.
