You can save the code into a file by copy and pasting into a plain text document and saving as .html.
If you mean to take all your pages and convert to HTML at once, you may be able to use a HTML “downloader” like WinHTTrack. You tell it where to go and how much to copy, and it will grab it all to save locally. From there, you can FTP the files to a new host.
If you need something easy to maintain pages without FTP and local edits, look for a provider that offers a sitebuilder.
