SharePoint 2013 immediate alerts keeps on sending duplicate emails

We have share point 2013 environment and If we set the immediate alerts on any library or lists it keeps on sending the notification frequently with 5-10 min gap with the same change details as updated by the user.

Basically It keeps on sending duplicate notification mails until we disable the alert on the library.

Kindly guide and suggest me what could be the reason for the same.

Thanks,
Kailash

Temporarily disable alerts in a specific list in SP Online?

If these alerts were enabled during maintenance, end users will receive a large number of emails during a bulk upload. Therefore, we need to disable the warnings, not delete the warnings. There is no direct option on the screen, but PowerShell does.

SMS – How do I disable the vibrate feature for incoming SMS alerts in Android 10?

I'd like to turn off vibration for incoming messages in Google Pixel 1, the default SMS app, and find no way to do that.

I searched in several places, mainly in the settings of the news app and the general settings for phone alerts (which forward me to the first one anyway). There is no General Setting under Notifications there and I can not see anything about vibrations.

It seems that this app does not provide a way to control vibration, and there is no system option to ban it, but it seems hard to believe.

Color Coding Alerts – User Experience Stack Exchange

I have some problems with the colors of a project alarm.

I have two cases that trigger a warning.

One is when the value is over 40 and one over 45.

Reaching 40 is a really bad thing and reaching 45 is even worse.

The problem is that I can not use Orange over 40 because it really matters and immediate action is needed.

I'm currently using bright red and hartrot, but I'm afraid they are not different enough.

Any suggestions please?

Automatically search a website and provide alerts

I'm looking for a way to automatically and regularly browse websites and get notified when new content becomes available.

I'm referring to something more complex than Google Alerts can offer.

The search I am referring to is a detailed / advanced search on a particular website and requires the selection of various pull-down menus to perform the search.

For example, I want to find out when New York City wants to buy products that I sell.
A sample page I'd like to search for is https://a856-cityrecord.nyc.gov/Search/Advanced

When searching, keywords are entered (for example, "Office"), an agency is selected (eg, "Housing Authority"), and "Search" is clicked.

I would be notified by email when a new result is displayed.

Is there a web app that provides this kind of service on schedule?

Document Library – Modify SharePoint alerts to reduce the details in the email

I finally get my organization to use alerts. Which is great. We use SharePoint online. I send a summary to each team member daily at 7:00 am.
The following are the settings:
Change Type: All changes
Send notifications for these changes: All changes
When will notifications be sent? Daily summary 7:00 clock

The figure below shows that a team member was working on a file. Each time the file is saved, it is recorded in the warning message. If the file has been edited all day, there are several lines of file for each file. Team members need to scroll a long time in the email to see all changed files.

Is there a way to display information with less information so you do not have to scroll down that much in your email?
