I am making a solo trip outside my native India for the first time and will travel to Canada to attend a Software Development Competition (hackathon) at the University of Waterloo.
Based on my research in various blogs and Tripadvisor I have prepared the following itinerary.
Can someone check my itinerary and give me valuable suggestions / things to consider for the trip?
September 10, 5:55 am to 7:00 pm, 14 hours flight
Departure from New Delhi to Vancouver with Air Canada
22 hours stay in Vancouver
-> Visit Cafe Medina, Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain
-> Question – Can all this be done in one day? And how should the order of travel be for me? Any other suggestions?
September 11 6:00 to 1:24 pm, 4 hours flight
Departure from Vancouver to Toronto with Air Canada
Visit AirBnB in Roncesvalles.
Visit Casa Loma and do the Escape Casa Loma
Visit Ripley's Aquarium,
Make Edgewalk in the CN Tower,
See Blue Jays vs. Red Sox at the Rogers Center
Question -> Can you do it all in one day? What should the order for the aquarium and the CN tower be? Any other suggestions?
Check out from AirBnb on the day
Get to the airport
Take the shuttle to Waterloo
14th of September
Event at the University of Waterloo
15th of September
The event at the University of Waterloo ends at 16:00
Take a Megabus at 19:30 to Niagara Falls
Get an AirBnb at Niagara Falls
Make the Hornblower, travel behind the falls, Cave of the Winds
Take the bus to Toronto at 15:00, arriving at 16:45 in Mississauga, and get off there.
Fly to Vancouver at 20:15
Stopover of 3 hours and return to India at 1:00
Question -> Can the Hornblower, the journey behind the falls, make the Cave of the Winds before the 3 o'clock bus? Any other suggestions?
What else should I consider? Thank you for taking the time to help me!
