How SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) can help your business grow

In today's digital world, online tools are increasingly becoming the norm as traditional IT systems in the cloud are outdated. All cloud workflows will be delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) by the end of this year. This integration and flexibility offered by online tools attracts more businesses each year. Echo Innovate IT – custom software development company provide detailed information about SaaS.

What is SaaS?

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a software distribution model that allows users to access data through a web browser from any device with an Internet connection. These third-party hosted platforms are used to provide pre-packaged software solutions that are maintained and updated, typically through a subscription fee. The included software stores all the data in the cloud and gives the user the ability to access wherever an internet connection is available.

Flexible payments and packages

If you integrate SaaS into your business, you will be able to reach different target markets based on the services you want to pay. By eliminating a one-off purchase that may be out of reach for smaller companies, customers can subscribe to their SaaS at a lower price.

The entry point of your SaaS should start for free, with limited functionality, usage and time. It is recommended that different package levels be offered, each with different usability and functionality. Subscriptions to the various SaaS levels are one way to increase differentiation between different customer segments. This recurring revenue system enables your business to focus on providing better customer service to a growing customer base.

Fast updates

By constantly updating your SaaS services with the latest technology, you can ensure that new and current customers stay. By expanding your in-house team to include a nearshoring team, your organization can deliver updates that keep pace with evolving technology. These newer technology experts will help make your in-house more efficient. When working with a nearshore time, you reduce the costs, time, and risks associated with delivering a product or service.

Easy access

Features and services are easy to access when hosted in the cloud. As long as you have an internet connection, your SaaS customers can use the products you offer. Instead of manually updating and maintaining software, customers have updated product versions every time they access them through the Web. Your business has quick and easy access to the customer so you can continue subscribing to your on-demand features and services.

Smooth integration

A successful SaaS product has flexible APIs that make it easy to customize integration capabilities with third-party and in-house software. Using a sophisticated API will make it easier for new SaaS customers to integrate the new product into existing applications.

Dashboard monitoring

To keep up with your business activities, monitor your dashboard closely. Use your organized dashboard to constantly monitor and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics of your SaaS business.

Some important things to keep in mind are:

Customer Lifetime Value – The total net profit the company receives from a customer.
Annual Contract Value (ACV) – The average annual revenue per contract.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) – Recurring revenue that is normalized in monthly amounts.
Churn Rate – The percentage rate at which customers no longer subscribe to a service.
Cash flow – the total amount of money transferred into and out of a company.

growth potential

SaaS, unlike legacy software, sells with a subscription model that incurs a high startup fee. This subscription means that users pay smaller amounts during a specified period of time. Although your SaaS business starts with low sales, it has healthy growth potential.

Listen to the customer

SaaS users are constantly sharing important information about their experiences with SaaS products. Your feedback, product usage, requirements, and behavior are all data that can reflect changes required by the SaaS product or service. It is important to listen and constantly make appropriate changes to keep your product effective for new and current users.

*** EXISTING FUNCTIONS INCLUDE ***

  • DR MODE – CLONE ACCOUNTS FOR ANOTHER CPANEL SERVER !!
A DR clone is an extremely intelligent cPanel migration. Not only can you set up a recurring schedule, it is also incremental – all future migrations only copy new or changed data!

  • INCREMENTAL BACKUPS

"Incremental point-in-time backups" We use as little space as possible (with hard links) to secure your accounts! A 14-day backup rotation of a 2 GB cPanel account consumes only 2 GB + 14 days of new / changed files!

  • NATIVE CLOUDLINUX SUPPORT

Save the backup process in LVE. We tested it on crowded servers during peak hours, and it was barely noticeable (it costs you backup time as it runs slower – but worth the effort). You do not have CloudLinux? You can continue to optimize the backup process with the rsync I / O limit and prioritize with NICE & RENICE.

  • SELF CONFIRMATION

Auto Recovery GUI for Reseller (WHM) and cPanel Users! Full account recovery, restore individual files, download files / backups, recover emails, restore the database, restore cron jobs, recover SSL certificates. This greatly reduces support tickets!

Dashboard – Best Approach to Placing CTA, Search and Filter Options with the Nav Tab

You are right to align the search and filter icons at the end with the same tab line. However, the CTA should look for the contents of this tab. considering that CTA belongs to menu 3This is what you want your users to do – consume the content first and then perform an action; which basically flows.

Currently, the CTA seems to be a major action of this entire section.

Read your comment – let the CTA be there, but consider setting the search and filter icon in three vertical points (only if these are not too common actions users take) to avoid that the same symbols meet in this neighborhood.

Implement the dashboard in an existing application

We're trying to create a dashboard and implement BI in an existing application built with MEAN stack and hosted on AWS. I've looked at some embedded BI tools, but they're quite expensive. We also do not want to share our data with third parties. We have our data in MS SQL, DynamoDB and AWS S3. I'm thinking about AWS Redshift in the backend and merger charts, or D3.js in the frontend for data visualization and chart making.
I will create a frontend in Angular 6. I want to know which backend technology is helpful, either redshift or other alternatives.

How can I customize the WordPress homepage in the WP Dashboard Editor?

Although there are many issues related to front-end editing, none of them gave me the ability to customize the WordPress homepage with the WordPress Dashboard Editor.
I'm glad if anyone can guide me through the features of the WordPress core file involved in setting up my homepage. or in other words, set up my WP homepage.

GUI Design – UX Solution for Dashboard with Scrollable Content Boxes?

So, I've developed a UI design for a dashboard that looks like this:

Depending on the total height of the added boxes, a scroll bar will be activated in the dashboard. The problem here is that these boxes can be resized. Therefore, these boxes also have scroll bars (depending on the content). Sometimes, when users wanted to scroll down to see the fields in the dashboard, they scroll down in the content fields instead. There is currently a 20px space between the boxes, but it still seems to be annoying when trying to set these spaces as targets when scrolling within the dashboard.

Pretty much, it leads to crappy experiences. You are not sure how to handle the dashboard, but there are tips or links to other sites that have solved this problem.
