Why didn’t this atomic swap go through?

I attempted swapping 0.01 of testnet BTC for stagenet XMR and BTC that
was meant to be swapped for XMR was refunded to me. When I executed
swap buy-xmr --testnet --change-address tb1qf9p5mrl2mf4ulae257ewj2rns6hsu2y4p8j0q2 --receive-address 78Qb9HKw6CQGfLdnWQtBNXUkyeGvz3XeMHc59hs8CGe8TrMfUnsYqsLdHGng8Xs896TuCUxoKPwjP4DZ1Vebfm7WCMALwKF --seller /dnsaddr/unstoppableswap.net/p2p/12D3KooWLHbHtkK53WoBA82Yht3PCCx6KXYxoJ6QqgXg1rSNtWhR
I got the following output from swap:

The amount of BTC that
I’ve sent in both cases was within the accepted by the seller range, i.e.
0.00010000 – 0.10000000 BTC and the seller seemed to be online all the time.

history subcommand clearly shows that the swaps have not succeded:

This is the transaction that initiated the swap. I’ve no clue why my swaps have not succeded.
Am I missing anything?

MacBook Pro Didn’t Go to Sleep and did not ask for password

I closed my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro (running Big Sur) at 9:57 p.m. I have my MacBook Pro set to passcode lock after 5 minutes of sleep. I opened my Mac at 10:09 p.m and my MacBook was not asleep/unlocked because it opened up to the Safari page I was on. This has happened before once as well (Mac should have been on Lock Screen/asleep but was not).

It had been well over 5 minutes, so shouldn’t my MacBook have gone to sleep and went to the lock screen when I opened it back up? Do you think that my MacBook probably never went to sleep, and thus didn’t passcode lock? If so, what kind of things could have caused that.

I checked terminal and “PreventUserIdleSystemSleep” had a “1” but said that it was due to the display being on. Are there other things that could sometimes prevent my MacBook from going to sleep, and thus not locking?

Booking.com didn’t call hotel to cancel should I be worried?

I canceled 7 hotels through the refund period and found at least two that were not contacted. I called customer service and they were able to get me my two refunds as well as call a third hotel. I am worried about getting charged for the other hotels and am concerned about using booking.com in the future. What rights do I have? I have all cancelation emails

ubuntu – Fail2ban exited and didn’t start back up

Today I faced a what seemed like a DDOS attack. My server provider warned me about excessive CPU usage (400% for over 6 hours) and I couldn’t access any website, could not login via SSH either. Lish console reported an error that went something like ‘php-fpm out of memory’.

Only thing I could do was a hard reboot. After server was up again, I looked at fail2ban’s status and it shows ‘active(exited)’. I restarted it, then looked through logs and here’s what I have:

fail2ban.log.2: File ends with

Notice the dates.

fail2ban.log.1 is an empty file
fail2ban.log has the startup logs caused by me restarting the service above.

I need to find out more information about this. Was fail2ban offline since July 25? Why did it exit?

I also checked php-fpm logs and they’re filled with lines like

(05-Aug-2021 05:31:40) WARNING: (pool 154995045616202) seems busy (you may need to increase pm.start_servers, or pm.min/max_spare_servers), spawning 32 children, there are are 0 idle, and 2897 total children

Yeah that would go out of memory fast. If I could find out which server/domain started these servers, that would be a good start to the investigation.

Ubuntu: 18.04 LTS
Fail2ban: 0.10.2

malware – Can a link hack my phone even if it didn’t do any drive-by download or tried into tricking me to install a malicious software?

I opened a link that was said to be malicious and hacks you instantly once opened.
It was an “Amazon 30th anniversary” scam I received it from a friend (who approved he was the one who sent it and not a hacker)

However the webpage didn’t attempt to download anything or even try to tell me to “install an app to win the prize”

I changed all passwords of my Gmail accounts, deleted my browsing history for the webpage and deleted all stored cache for that webpage and ran an AV scan with 3 different AVs (mcaffee Malwarebytes and Avast) all came with no results

Can I still be somehow compromised or am I safe for now?
