dnd 3.5e – Could Touchsight be used to feel the presence of the microscopic or nanoscopic?

Touchsight allows you to feel your surroundings, and ignore invisibility and darkness and other visually obscuring effects. It also allows you to detect and pinpoint all creatures within range. And it allows you to discern objects that you have line of effect to.

The discussion came up wondering about if atoms could be detected by the telekinetic sense of touch that touchsight grants. Atoms probably count as objects.

Next was viruses, not sure if they count as objects or creatures, but anyway….

Finally, due to a MSHRPG crossover, the question came up about microverses and the creatures that live therein, or a hero that shrinks themselves down to the microverse scale.

Thus, with that background, we are looking for any indication of if the Touchsight power could enable a D&D hero (who may be in a D&D world or in a Marvel world) to feel/detect/pinpoint the presence of microscopic objects and creatures and/or nanoscopic objects and creatures within the range of the Touchsight power’s effect.

cryptography – What are your favorite features of any crypto, and what features do you feel should be implemented?

The community is a huge aspect of cryptocurrency, but no one ever seems to ask what’s missing from crypto. There seem to be plenty of BIPS that have potential that get rejected by developers before they make it to the community for a vote. Don’t you think that the community should be able to reject these proposals or accept them instead of having these be filtered out?

camera – Why does my eye lose white balance and feel exhausted when I use my viewfinder?

My D80 has a greenish tint effect (shutter count at approx 46000) in it’s viewfinder which goes away if i use it long enough constantly looking through the viewfinder.

The weird thing is my other eye starts to see things in green tint when i use it for viewfinder instead.

I don’t keep my both eyes during shooting (neither when it comes to shooting certain devices) for easier manual focus but this was a interesting effect.

The other thing i find weird is that my left eye feels exhausted if i keep both of my eyes open.

So, is this normal? What are these called.

c++ – I’m done with my first year of college as a software engineer and I feel like I haven’t learned intermediates programming!

I am a freshman and today was my last day of freshman year so a sophomore next semester, I yoo intro to programming in C++ and intermediate programming in C++, when I did intro it was a different teacher and I enjoyed doing it, it was fun but when I got to intermediate it started falling apart, first assignment I knew I didn’t know how to make a linked list, and I still don’t, I knew I wasn’t learning because I was asking friends for the assignments or looking them up, but even when I tried it was impossible, I just didn’t know what he wanted since he would use slides to teach us and google didn’t help either, I feel useless and stupid, I want to be a software engineer badly but it’s killing me mentally, I feel like I will not succeed in further since I “cheated” (I didn’t learn so cheated) through the class, now I am even more scared since I have to take Digital Design: Theory and Practice next which the Professor is even worse than the intermediate one, am I fit to be a programmer? I always carry the feeling that I haven’t learned anything and I am bound to fail, how will I do a job if I can’t learn it in college. I know one thing I’d rather die than change majors. Why is programming so annoying and why are professors so shitty! I wish they would just teach the code instead of power point slides. Would you say I will fail when I do a job? I don’t want to be that guy that can’t do something so simple.

menu – What would users feel comfortable to see first in navigation

Reading about object-oriented UX and audience based navigation, I still not sure how to approach the following problem:

  • I am building a careers section of a web site, where I must present job/internship/training opportunities by location and by profession. I am intuitively going for profession first – that is, on the first screen, users would see boxes with professions (this is the so called audience based navigation). Once a user identifies with a profession and clicks on the respective box, they would see boxes for jobs/internships/trainings. Once they choose any of those, locations would show.

Is this the correct order of presenting the navigation choices? How could I possibly know what do users care about first among those three?

❓ASK – How do you feel when you wrongly send you Bitcoin to another address? | Proxies-free

To be honest, I have made a similar mistake recently as well in which i transacted Ethereum to an exchange that does not accept contracts, and this resulted in me losing over 100 dollars in Ethereum, which was very disheartening for me, and it took me a while to get over this, as these were mainly faucet earnings that i was saving up. Of course faucet earnings take a long time to gain, therefore since then i have been very careful when making withdrawals and deposits to ensure that all wallets are supported and the address is right.
