c – What are the ASCII numbers for layer and control?

I'm trying to make makey a program that recognizes when certain keys are pressed. My only problem is that I do not know the numbers that correspond to the Shift key and the control keys. I am writing this code for a game. Here are the codes:

switch (event-> keyval) {
Case ?:
printf ("Shift key pressed");
break;
Case ??:
printf ("Control key was pressed");
break;
}

What can ""? "" And "" ?? replace ""?

Java – Unit Testing DAO Layer with H2 Database

After reading a lot on the internet, I found that it seems a good practice to use an in-memory DB such as H2 for unit testing the DAO layer. The idea is to avoid working with the production database.

Ok, so I set up an H2 database and enabled the H2-PostgreSQL compatibility mode because my production database is on Postgres. The problem I am now facing is that if I execute the original SQL queries on H2 to create the test DB, H2 will not accept this query as valid:

ALTER SEQUENCE MYERP.ecriture_comptable_id_seq OWNED BY MYERP.ecriture_comptable.id;

I suspect that using PostgreSQL compatibility mode does not guarantee that H2's entire Postgres-specific syntax will be accepted. And probably this would also happen with other databases like MySQL.

What's the point in this case of using an h2 database?
Did I miss something?

elasticsearch – Fully dotted path (arbitrary layer path) with path_match in dynamic_templates

I have this document

{
"text_foo": "lorem ipsum",
"on":{
"two":{
"three":{
"text_bar": "dolor sit amet"
}
}
}
}

What I'm trying to accomplish: I need a dynamic template that matches all the properties that start with "text_".
Example:

"Mappings": {
"Dynamic_templates":[
    {
            "text":{
                "match":                                    "text_*",
                "path_match":                       "*.text_*",
                "match_mapping_type":           "*",
                "mapping":                              {"type":"text",                     "analyzer":"myCustomAnalyzer"}
            }
        }
    ]
}

Can I use "Game" and "Path_match" together? (As in my example)

will "path_match": "*. text_ *" Find the whole path "one.two.three.text_ *" or just "one.text_ *"?

will "path_match": "*. text_ *" Also matches the root property "Text_foo"?

If the only solution is to use regular expressions ("match_pattern": "Regex"), the regular expression is compared to the entire path "One.two.three.text_bar" or only against "Text_bar"?

Neural Networks – Training of two 3×3 convolutional layers vs. Training a 5×5 convolutional layer

I'm not 100% sure this is the right stack replacement. You can redirect me to another one.

I know that two 3×3 convolution layers can correspond to a 5×5 convolution layer.

I also know that in many cases (perhaps in all cases) the training of both options is equivalent (in terms of outcome, not speed or optimization).

Suppose I have a record that I know that can not derive any information from a 3×3 window, but from a 5×5 window.

If I wanted, I could train a network with a 5×5 convolution layer and then manually transform it into two 3×3 convolution layers.

My question is: Can I train a network directly with two 3×3 convolution layers?

My reasoning:
What could the first convolution learn besides the overadaptation of the training dataset? Supposedly nothing. The only layer that could cause a generalization of my data is the second. But then my problem adds up to the comparison of ONE 3×3 convolution with ONE 5×5 convolution.

In the general case, the 5×5 convolution would perform better. But with my limitations on the record he may be synonymous with the 3×3 convolution? In which case I could train 3×3 folding.

Many Thanks !

photoshop – How do I add a specific layer template for smart filters?

In my editing process via Photoshop, I always use a specific set of filters / smart filters. I'd like to automate the process a bit, as some things get boring. I could not find any information on how to add a set of smart filters with predefined settings at the same time. Maybe you can help me?

At the moment I've taken a macro that adds my effects and then toggles the activity state. This is a little less time consuming than before, but still not perfect. I would prefer if I could simply add them via Copy / Paste or a template that already disables their visibility. Maybe that's not possible. In this case, I'm fine, I just want to know.

Thank you for your help.

Web App – scroll bars for an infinite layer

I design a web application to plan Minecraft builds. Basically, it's a pixel editor, except that each tile has a texture instead of a color. I turn to desktop browsers, although I want to keep tablets in mind.

One of my goals is to present the canvas as an infinite plane. (This is a key feature that distinguishes this design from existing alternatives.) The Minecraft world is infinite, so it makes no sense to specify a finite size in advance, and it's annoying a pointless hurdle.)

The canvas is zoomable and must be "scrollable" in both dimensions. The user should be able to view and edit any part of the canvas – even a million tiles away from the origin.

Scroll bars do not work perfectly here. The artboard has neither beginning nor end, and the origin point is not important to users, so there are no objective reference points. The filled-in areas of the canvas can serve as useful subjective reference points, and a scroll bar can be useful for navigating those areas.

I read a great question about infinite scrolling patterns, and although she did not deal with this particular case, it was very enlightening. After some consideration, I think that the application must support:

  • Move the view to any given point.
  • Move / zoom the view to include the entire padded area.
  • Move the view precisely within and immediately outside the populated area (for example, a screen view, a measure that depends on the zoom).

A traditional scroll bar also gives the size of the view in relation to the entire document, which does not make sense to us. It might be useful to specify the size of the view in relation to the populated area, but I am not convinced.

Moving to a point or zooming / scrolling to see all the content can be implemented using buttons, menu commands, or whatever. The trick is to find a surface for scrolling behavior that is intuitive to use but meets the demands of the infinite level.

What I'm thinking at the moment is a kind of "peeling bar". Visually, it is a scroll bar (and can be implemented with native widgets). The button is locked in the middle when the user is not scrolling. If the user moves the button manually, the view is scrolled accordingly, and when it releases, the button jumps back to the center. This allows precise linear scrolling despite the lack of objective reference points.

As indicated, the user can not scroll over an unlimited distance in a single operation. To support this, the canvas area may be scrolled until the user releases the button or moves it away from the end.

Are there any good examples of infinite layer scrolling? And does the widget that I propose seem to be a reasonable compromise?
