Re-entering USA multiple times in a month using a B1/B2 visa

I want to visit USA from Bangladesh using my B1/B2 visa. After exploring the west coast of USA, I want to visit Vancouver in Canada from USA.

After the trip to Canada, I want to return to USA and take a flight to Mexico (flight from LA/LV to Mexico is much much cheaper than Vancouver) after my Canadian trip. Then, from Mexico, I want to enter USA again as my flight to my country is from NY.

To sum up, I will be visiting USA thrice in the span of 5 weeks. Will I face any problem in the immigration?

I have multiple entry visas for both USA and Canada.

visas – Re-entering Bulgaria – Travel Stack Exchange

Bulgaria follows the same 90/180 days entry rules the Schengen area follows, but separate from it.

That means that if you have been in the country for 90 days in one block you need to be out of the country for 90 more days before you can come back in.
If your stay was less than 90 days or if your visits have been split in several shorter visits, the rule is that you can enter if you have been in the country for less than 90 days in the last 180 days.

It is a rolling period, so any day you have to be out of the country for at least 90 days in the last 180.

And that is not just whole days, it is any part of a day. If you leave a few minutes after midnight, those few minutes count as a whole day and if you enter a few minutes before midnight those also count as a whole day. And if you have to enter the country to change flights, so get a stamp in your passport, that also count as a visit.

On the other hand, there is not something like ‘have used your days’ and need a visa now. Either you are allowed in, with a visa replacing stamp or with a visa, or you are not allowed in. The only exception is if you need a stay longer than 90 days like for studies or work, for that you need a visa, but that is separate from the visitor stamp in your passport as Australian short term visitor.

I answered this question based on my knowledge of the rules, could not find a link for you right now.
I double checked on an IATA site.

According to this site from the start of 2021 an ETIAS authorisation will be required and Bulgaria will be part of the Schengen zone some time in the future but it is not yet now.
When Bulgaria enters the Schengen zone your stays there will be added to the stays in the rest of the Schengen zone and the total stay restricted to 90 days out of 180 days.

australia – What does the Australian eVisitor visa allow you to do in terms of leaving and re-entering?

Since I am a French citizen I can apply for the eVisitor (subclass 651) visa. However, there is something that seems a bit ambiguous.
On the Australian government website it is written that with this visa you can stay: “for up to three months at a time within a 12-month period.‚Äč”

Does that mean that someone with this visa could spend 3 months in Australia, fly to another country, and then come back the day after to stay 3 more months?
It seems more likely to me that in reality it means you can stay up to 3 months in total in Australia over a period of 12 months, but I still wish for another opinion on the matter.

I’d like to plan a year long trip to Australia. I’m currently looking at the different options to do that.

EDIT: I was able to confirm Newton’s answer. It is possible to travel back and forth from Australia every 3 months with an eVisitor visa. However, Peter Green’s comment was on point as well. The border guards were very inquisitive about my repeated visits. They searched my phone and my laptop. That was not a pleasant experience.

visas – Gf Re-entering the UK as a tourist

Okay, so this is going to be a complicated post. I met my girlfriend online six years ago, she suffers from mental health problems including anxiety so we only first met in December 2019. I’m from Northern Ireland and she’s from the US, I flew to meet her and planned on staying one week, but ended up staying for nearly the entire 90 days the visa waiver allowed me to.

I rely on savings and am continuing my degree in September 2021, before then we’re using the time we have to sort our future together. She’s been through a lot of traumatic experiences and is also trying to make a better life for herself with me. She came back to the UK with me after my stay in the US and planned on leaving in March, but when coronavirus happened and with the fear of travelling and maybe giving her vulnerable mother at home the virus we changed her flight to May. That flight was cancelled by the airline and because of the even worse situation she applied for the blanket extension offered by the government and stayed until July 31st. This stated it wouldn’t impact her record and she wouldn’t be considered an overstayer in the future.

My girlfriend has bad anxiety so I help her do the things she’s doing, it was always necessary that I bring her home. Spending so much time together makes our bond very close. I did leave with her, we stayed 17 days in Croatia and I entered the US using my ESTA. My stay here expires on the 15th of Nov. We had planned to apply for a marriage visitor visa whilst here so she could return to the UK with me, marry, then leave and apply for a spouse visa after a few months. She is owed about $130,000 on a life insurance policy but unfortunately did not obtain the money in time to apply and meet the requirements. We also had trouble proving her ties to her home country. She owns the house she lives in with her mother, and she has a power of attorney here, these are the reasons we could come up with. Of course it would be simpler to marry in the US where you don’t need a visa to do so, then wait some time and apply for a UK spouse visa when she’s had her money for six months in her bank account.

The problem now is we were going to use the marriage visitor visa to also ensure she makes it into the UK next time, but now that she doesn’t have it that makes coming back more challenging. She was in the UK for 7 months and 21 days through no fault of her own, it was down to covid and she extended her stay legally as stated above. She would only be out of the country for 108 days (3 months 16 days) if she were to try coming back now, which I know would be difficult. Perhaps more difficult with covid. I thought maybe she could enter through Dublin on a 90 day tourist visa waiver and come to Northern Ireland but I don’t know if they count her time in the UK just like the UK border do and perhaps deny her as well? One other idea I had was to go to Croatia with her again for a few months until 2021 and perhaps after that length of time she would be granted entry at the UK border or pass through the e-gates?

I haven’t fully explained the complexity of the situation so please don’t judge us based on what we’re doing, we’re trying to do everything legally without running into issues at the border. I would really appreciate some solid advice. Thank you.

Authentication – Google let my 2FA code resend without re-entering my password?

Since I have a two-factor authentication for my account, I have to enter a text-sent code with my phone.

Sometimes it can not happen right away, and after a while a message will appear asking "Do you want to resend the code?" However, in other unfortunate times, the message will not be displayed even after waiting more than 5 minutes.

Is there anything I can do to get the code "Would you like to resend the code?" Manually trigger? Embassy? I do not want to retype my password and start over.

Re-entering computers and users of a deleted domain Win Server 2012

good day

A few days ago, we experienced an attack on our servers that left the entire loss of the server that contained my domain and Active Directory as collateral damage. Since today I have reinstalled and created my server. My problem is that all PCs in my workstation continue to function as if they were the previous domain.
1 Is there a way to re-integrate all devices on this new server without having to create new accounts for each team? (The server has the same name, domain name, and IP address.)
