terminology – Is the term “service city” correct for the main city served by an airport placed outside of that city?

Some airports of big cities are, in fact, technically speaking in a “very near municipality” which is not the main city itself.

For example the airport BCN serving “Barcelona” is, in fact, placed in the city “El Prat del Llobregat” which is 15 Km south from Barcelona.

Or for example the airport CDG serving “Paris” is, in fact, at the town “Roissy” 25 Km northeast from Paris.

I “think” (but can’t confirm) I have heard the term “Service City” to refer to the “main city” the airport is conceptually associated to. For example to say “CDG’s service city is Paris”.

I’m trying to confirm this terminology with no luck.

Can anyone confirm, if this term is correct and provide any public source defining the term? If the term is not correct, what would be the correct one?

amazon ec2 – Old LetsEncrypt SSL certificate still being served by EC2 instance

I’m working on renewing the SSL certificate for my websites. They are all running on the same EC2 instance with the same Apache server. Two of my domains recently expired so I also tried to remove them from the certificate.

I think I renewed the certificate correctly because when I run the following, it appears to suggest the certificate is up-to-date:

$ /usr/local/bin/certbot-auto certonly --webroot -w /var/www/html -d apptic.me -d www.apptic.me -d athenaforyou.com -d www.athenaforyou.com -d cloudlease.me -d www.cloudlease.me -d foleyrounds.com -d www.foleyrounds.com -d ugba198.com -d www.ugba198.com -d wildcattribune.com -d www.wildcattribune.com
Requesting to rerun /usr/local/bin/certbot-auto with root privileges...
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Plugins selected: Authenticator webroot, Installer None
Cert not yet due for renewal

You have an existing certificate that has exactly the same domains or certificate name you requested and isn't close to expiry.
(ref: /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/apptic.me.conf)

What would you like to do?

1: Keep the existing certificate for now
2: Renew & replace the cert (limit ~5 per 7 days)

Select the appropriate number (1-2) then (enter) (press 'c' to cancel): 1
Keeping the existing certificate

Certificate not yet due for renewal; no action taken.

Then I restart Apache with sudo systemctl restart httpd, which produces no output.

But when I navigate to my website at www.apptic.me, I see there is still an SSL error saying the certificate is expired. What could be happening?

files – How can I restrict access to a static HTML page served from a subfolder of my site to authenticated users only?

I have a Drupal 8 site that has all roles and permissions necessary for authenticated users. One of the new requirements is to serve a static microsite (like a campaign site, totally different design compare to Drupal site) which is a single folder with all the static assets (HTML, CSS, JS , images). We have to serve this site under the same domain drupal is hosted and should be accessed ONLY by authenticated users.

I tried to host it under sites/default/files/ directory, but it means it is public and anyone can access it.

If I go to a restaurant and get a black waiter, can I ask to be served by a white waiter?

Well … I'm not a waiter and I'm white.

However, if it were me and my manager asked me to wait for your table because you refused to be served by my black colleague, I would only look at your table once on my way to the door.

Just to tell you what a disgusting person I think you are.

How do you bring the deputy department head back with the worker who has served the longest?

Scenario / problem
I have a spreadsheet that stores my ID when they start or leave a department. This can be seen in SQL Fiddle: http://www.sqlfiddle.com/#!9/d0c982/1/0

The following code creates the table and inserts the test data

CREATE TABLE `Worker_Department` (
  `Worker_ID` Integer NOT NULL ,
  `Department_ID` Integer NOT NULL,
  `Position` Text NOT NULL,
`Start_Date` datetime NOT NULL,
`Leave_Date` datetime
);

  INSERT INTO `Worker_Department`(`Worker_ID`,`Department_ID`,`Position`,`Start_Date`)
  VALUES
  (10,100,'Leader','1980-11-11'),
  (20,200,'Leader','1980-11-11');

  INSERT INTO
`Worker_Department`(`Worker_ID`,`Department_ID`,`Position`,`Start_Date`,`Leave_Date`)
  VALUES
  (30,200,'Administrator','1980-11-11', '2014-02-02'),
  (40,200,'Receptionist','1975-11-11', '2014-02-02');

  INSERT INTO `Worker_Department`(`Worker_ID`,`Department_ID`,`Position`,`Start_Date`)
  VALUES
  (50,300,'Administrator','2014-02-02'),

  (30,100,'Administrator','2014-02-02');

Code (SQL):

I have to write a query that identifies the longest-serving employee currently in a department (no end date). However, those with the "leader" position are not allowed to be the longest serving person. From the results of this query, I then have to determine the head of the department in which the longest-serving employee is currently working.

Expected result
Viewing the test data provided:

  • The 40th employee cannot be the longest employed since he no longer works for the company.
  • Workers 10 and 20 cannot be the longest-serving employee since both hold the leadership position (however, this entitles them to be the department head based on who the longest-employed employee is).
  • Worker 30 is the longest employed because there is a greater difference between the current date and the oldest start date compared to worker 50.
  • Worker 30 is currently working in Department 100. That means that Worker 10 is the department head of the department with the longest employed worker at the moment

The query output would be something like
| Worker_ID
| —————
| 10

If this table is linked to another table as a foreign key, the selection can be changed so that details about this conductor (name, telephone, address) are included.

Ongoing progress
The following query shows the employees currently employed (employees without a vacation date), the department in which they work and their role in this department.

SELECT Worker_ID, Department_ID, Position FROM Worker_Department
   WHERE position != 'Leader' AND leave_date is null

Code (SQL):

The following query returns the difference between the current date and the minimum start date of the worker. However, this includes those who do not have a zero end date (not current).

SELECT Worker_ID, DATEDIFF(Now(), Min(Start_Date)) as NowSubMin FROM Worker_Department
WHERE position != 'Leader'
GROUP BY Worker_ID

Code (SQL):

Finally, both queries were used to create the following query, which is to return current employees along with the date difference between the current date and their first start date

SELECT Worker_ID, DATEDIFF(Now(), Min(Start_Date)) as NowSubMin FROM Worker_Department
WHERE position != 'Leader'
GROUP BY Worker_ID

HAVING Worker_ID IN (SELECT Worker_ID FROM Worker_Department
   WHERE position != 'Leader' AND leave_date is null)

Code (SQL):
