The service offered is amazing, the speeds we achieve are faster than any other hosting service we have tested, and are very good value for money. The support of A2, however, is the best I have ever done with an internet service! This was recently tested when we had some serious external issues with our VPS: The support staff were also reachable in the middle of the night by phone, instant message and the internal ticket system. We've all looked at support staff who are condescending and reluctant: our experience with Scott from A2 was the opposite !! He was very knowledgeable, listened to our problems and solved everything in his job quickly and efficiently. After that, the problem was relayed to the tech team, and Sandeep worked like an absolute boss, solving multiple tickets and really surpassing the duty by even contacting third parties to solve all our problems. For me, this is exactly the kind of reinforcement you need from a company that does such an important part of your business. I will recommend A2 to anyone I meet.
