theme development – how can I show product comments in other link like (product-link / comments)

I want to show comments in link like this :
sitename.com/product-slug/commnets

how can I make this page ???

for more descriptin : I have product page and my prodcut page have to show comments but I dont want to show comments in prodcut page I want to show comments in (product link / comments) for all prodcuts.
