Determine the disk usage under Linux
With a tool like
ncdu can also simplify determining disk usage with a nice CLI interface.
sudo apt install ncdu
So we do not get all windows directories for the ride, we have to exclude that
ncdu --exclude /mnt
Detect under Windows
Under Windows Apps & Features it lists
Ubuntu "WSL2" as receiving 1.92 GB
ncdu reports 1.7 GiB (~ 1.82 GB), which is pretty close to the Windows reports.
