unity – How to create a number of particles to form a circle and then animate it?

Imagine that you took about 500 points and randomly positioned them to form a (full) circle. Then adjust each individual point so that it flows around aimlessly, deviating at a limited distance from its original point.

How can I implement this with the particle system in Unity?

I am a total beginner with particles so any help would be appreciated.
