I know that my host is using WHMCS, and I wonder if anyone knows if WHMCS offers it a way to hide inactive services from my (customer) viewpoint.
This is what my status column looks like. Note that even the active lines are for SSL, which was purchased many years ago.
While 1-2 aborted services may have hosted packets, the remaining services were for SSL purchases that came from the host. In the days of Let & # 39; s Encrypt, I can imagine that this will be common to other people as well. So I'm wondering, is there any way to fix this in WHMCS for the customer, or do we need to keep reminding ourselves of what we used to pay for SSL?
