windows – How to invoke sendto contextmenu option from command prompt and pass list of files?

We all know that we can right click on selected files and click on Send to option and choose an application to pass the selected files/folder as argument to the chosen application.
We can create our own application shortcut to be shown in send to contextmenu when that program shortcut is added in %userprofile%AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsSendTo folder.

Is it possible somehow to access that functionality of sendto from command prompt instead of from contextmenu. I am looking for some solution where I want to invoke the functionality of sendto like {sendto.exe?} file1 file2 file3 fold1 fold2 application.lnk.

I don’t want to create any shell extensions. I want to explore the underlying application (either .exe or .dll).
